I am seventeen years old. I am 5 foot six and 150lbs. I just started my senior year in high school and would like to slim up. I have tried so many different things. I just don't have time or perseverence. Any tips would be really appreciated. Especially on excercises and healthy snacks.

I have found that exercising as soon as I get up in the morning works great for me. It gets it out of the way and I don't procrastinate all day about having to find time to do it, then feeling guilty because I didn't. If you are wanting to tone down, try alternating between weight lifting and some type of aerobic activity. Go for a walk before in the morning before school or ride your bike. Walk instead of driving your car. Try to find different types of activities to do to keep yourself interested.
Also, drink lots of water and watch what you eat. Do not skip meals. You need to eat to keep your metabolism burning.
