You can find Tae Boe tapes at Wal-Mart. You can also pay per view on Direct TV to work out live with him. I am not sure what channel it is though.

You can do an internet search and buy the tapes from billy blanks' website. There is an instructional video which comes with the basic workout. I know tons of people who have lost weight with tae bo, but I would recommend the Advanced tape if you really want a workout. The 8-minute workout is also pretty good if you are short on time. I think it comes free with one of the others.
The drawback to the tae bo tapes is that in my experience, they don't build muscle the way a workout with weights will do. I am a tried and true user of The Firm video (volume 1 will reshape your body, and fast). However, it is a whole hour long. I am currently using Denise Austin's Fat Burning Blast, which has two 20 minute workouts on it, and I only do the second one, which is aerobic interval training with weights. The first is low-impact, and doesn't even make me sweat. I do The Firm whenever I have time for comprehensive muscle work.

I've been doing the basic tae-bo workout for 6 months and haven't seen any results. I would try something else.
