I think something is wrong with me because when I eat a very low calorie count the next morning my face si all puffy but Im losin weight, when I eat normal kind of healthy I wake up and my face is not puffy at all It actually looks like Im losing weight but the scale says Im the same...
does this have to do with my vitamin intake?

could be many things...but if its getting to that stage maybe you should up your cals...although i dont see how calories have to do with a puffy face, who knows...but u said your very low cal...right there your not sure of yourself so up your intake a wee bit.
