Ok Im not a grapefruit nut but I did look for un-sweetened grapefruit juice and couldnt find what I thought was it.
I did find one that said no sugar added.... mixed with white grape juice...looked on the back and it said 12g of sugr?/?/?
Can this be the right stuff or do I need to look in a specific store for this?
I hope this dont sound too stupid...since this whole eating right thing has gotten a hold on me... I have had to learn alot.
I never used to read lables but NOW I do and boy I cant believe my eyes sometimes.
I wonder to myself as to why and how could I have been so ingnorant to ingnore what I was putting in my body.
Anyhoo any advice would be greatly appr.
Thanks
Sally

Any fruit juice has natural sugars in it, so you will always find sugars in the nutrient table. What you should look for is juice with no sugar added - check the ingredient label. Grapefruit juice has less natural sugar than most other juices.

I noticed that stuff sold in the cans tend to be unsweeted (nothing added)
