hi,
i'm 17 an have been slowly loosing weight for the last four years. at the age of 13, i was about 180 lbs, and now i am down to 139 lbs. for the past 4 months i have been following a weight loss program at my gym that is essentially a lifestyle change. the first few weeks i lost about 7 lbs, but ever since then i have not been able to loose any more weight. i am only 5.4" and am still not satisfied with myself. i go to the gym 5 times a week and do cardio and weight training, and my diet consists of 1600 calories per day. i eat well, limiting my carbs and saturated fats. no matter what i do, i can't get past this barrier! does anyone have any advice????? i would love to be 120 - 125 lbs by the time i go to university!!!!
thanks,
margaret
