Anyone else read about the new link between stress and carbs? I read that when stressed out, the body releases a chemical called cortisol, which can make you crave carbohydrates! I'm not a no/carb person, but it I do like to keep them in check. It's nice to know that a few minutes of deep breathing might take the place of that candy bar I "just think" I can't live without. lol.

funny you say that, when i start off with a bad day at work, i tend to go for the french fries at lunch with a diet coke. it makes me fell good. thank god it doesn't happen often, maybe once every couple of weeks.
