There is a lot of stress in my life, right now, due to my Husband's ex-wife. Please keep me in thought and prayer. My exercising still remains constant, everyday, but my eating is a little shady. Thank you, all! Jamie

At this stressfull time in your life, exercises are even more important cause it helps avoid major temper flare ups!!Lol many a time I find that a good walk in the fresh air can help me clear my mind and not let the"Doom" take over...Now is also the time to keep lots of fresh veggies cleanned and ready to eat along with crunchy fruits such as apple...You would be surprised the satisafction I get while power chumping down some carrots when I`m angry!!! (Think you of it as if you are bitting someone head off LOL) ...Abusing the veggies seems to be a better approach for me then abusing the one I love..And while out on my de-compress walks it is hard to yell at my love ones if they are not around, I would look kind of silly yea know walking while yelling have english , half french as I do when I get totally frustarated...he,he,he...Cheer up you are the better person...Here is a perfect quote for you...
"Give us grace and strength to forbear and to persevere....
Give us courage and gaiety and the quiet mind,
spare to us our friends, soften to us our enemies."
--Robert Louis Stevenson---
You know where you can go to vent...H,he,he ...Leany

Thanks, I needed to hear that today. I did go out and walk this morning.(my usual 3 miles) And funny that you should mention carrots because I just ate a whole handful! I bought the small, baby carrots, that are in the ziplock bags. I just take them out and rinse! In 14 carrots, there are only 35 calories! I noticed that when I eat chocolate or anything else junky, I actually feel worse...I feel even more miserable than before! I do feel better ,mentally, when I eat veggies and fruits. I have been taking extra calcium pills and vitamins and that helps too. Thanks for caring! Jamie
