In the Chatelaine mag. they are doing a feature on a woman who`s goal is to lose 35 lbs . Obviously they will back her up and offer the help of dietician fitness instructors ect...They did give exercises strategies and eating strategies and they sound like good advice so I thought i would post them...
Exercises strategies:
1-Aim for consistency
2-Get the right heart rate
3-Target problem areas
4-Vary the work outs
5- Have progress monitered
eating strategies:
1-Savour forbidden foods in moderation
2-Write it all down
3-Watch portions
4-Stear clear of emotional eating
5-Eat slowly
