I was just wondering what the best way to flatten ur stomach was. I exercise quite a bit with weights and am beginning to do some cardio workouts. I know alot of work needs to be done on the treadmill and bike but i was wondering if there was any quick fix.
I'd appreciate any advice

Hi--I am very thick around the middle (genes & 2kids)--I just recently lost 20lbs (7 weeks) & have already gone down 2 pant sizes! My middle is getting trim & shrinking fast! I noticed this is where my weight loss is being effected the most quickly!
I do my treadmill 30-45min's 3-4 x's a week. I do interval training...jogging every 5th min for 1 min. This gets me really going & breaking out the sweat!
Also, I do crunches on a Nordic-track ab machine. It's great because it supports your back, enabling me to do more crunches than if I didn't have it. (I used to strain my neck\back too much before). I usually do this every other day on days when not on treadmill.
I have also reduced my fat intake & am on a low carb diet. I eat sensibly & healthy. I also drink "Oceans" of water throughout the day.
Good Luck!
