Hey, just wanted to let whoever cares know that I am still trying to be healthier. I think I've shocked my hubby over the past few days with my portion sizes and not snacking the last few nights. I even left half of my chicken sandwhich and fries at MCD"S yesterday. Hope it helps when I weigh in on Sunday.
If not, it is still worth it because I LIKE feeling hungry when it is time for dinner. I usually would snack around 2 or 3, and not be hungry by 5:30.
Anyway, I didn't do so great tonight, but I know things are looking up for me....
