Hello all,
Just wanted to say hi. You may not remember me, but I used to hang out here quite abit. I got a lot of help here, thanks. However, lately I've been battling with other problems of mine that have to take priority. The good news is that I've maintained my weight during this time. Now I need to get back on all my wagons and lose some more weight.
It's good to be back!

Welcome back and congrats on maintaining through your rough times. I've been in the exact same situation for the past couple months and I've been up and down like a yo-yo. I'm back at my weight before my big bomb of stress, but it wasn't easy at all!
Good luck on the wagon...I think I'll need a bit of help getting back on myself...

Welcome back! Maintaining is a good thing...but losing more weight if you need to is even better, right? At least you know when you get to your goal, you can maintain.

We're like old friends. No matter how long you are gone, we're always happy when you return. Maintaining is no easy task. Espicially when other things are not doing so well. So pat yourself on the back!!
