Hey everyone
I wanted to share this....
I have been slacking a bit in the excercise dept. and to top it all off I decided to get a kitkat bar (chocolate bar) which wasn't the best idea but I thought if I could squeeze it into my calorie allowance...you all know the story....Anyway, it so happen that I did buy the bar at work and while eating it I said ...ya know what you're gonna start burning it off NOW (I do have those occasional talks with myself..hehe)
So what did I decide to do...I walked up the flight of stairs...which I usually do but normally I can only make it to the 3rd floor (heart racing/deep breathing)..Well today I WALKED ALL THE WAY UP TO THE 11TH (that is 20 stairs between each floor.....220 stairs - a big task for someone who ALWAYS takes the elevator ( I couldn't believe)
The moral of this story....take a little step each day and you WILL get there!
See ya!

Good job!!! Before you know it , the stairs will become easier to tackle...When I use to work in a factory it was only 3 floors but would be 100 steps, so I would walk the first set then go through the entire floor to the next stairway and then walk to the second and do the same...Eventually I would use enough of my break to go to the bathroom and then would walk up and down the stairs...Too bad I didn`t keep it up once I quit the job!!!
