I took a steak out for dinner tonight and my calorie book lists so many different cuts with different amounts of fat included, along with different ways of cooking it I was wondering how you guys enter the calories when you eat steak. Calories per ounce. Do you eat steak? Don't think I remember anyone ever mentioning it.

I eat steak on occasion. I love rare steak. Not RAW rare, just lightly cooked.
I haven't had any steak for a couple of months, so I wouldn't know how to enter the information. However, the way I'd do it would be to find the type of steak I was eating and enter it in by the ounce. You're probably not going to get exact calories, so just weigh the steak and do it that way :)

I use this list:

I do eat steak, but usually just on the weekends when I'm not really counting.
What kind of steak is it and I'll try to find an accurate count.

I do not remember eating steak since I had first started my weight loss efforts, but we do like steak and plan on eventually having it again once in a while.
I would get the leanest cut I could with the least amount of fat and cook it in a way where you did not need to use any oil, like an electric rotesserie, and there are seasonings to sprinkle on it as well as reduced calorie steak sauce available.
I would watch the portion control also and make sure to fill up on veggies and salad (with fat-free dressing of course :-) so you are not tempted to eat a larger portion of steak than you should.

They are "Beef Tenderloin Filets". It is two individually wraped filets with a total of 10 ounces of meat. I buys these because there are only 2 small round filets; one for myself and one for my husband. Keeps me from having too much steak to eat!!
I checked the website you sent (thanks) and it is 60 calories an ounce for lean only, and 80 calories an ounce for lean and fat.
At 60-80 calories an ounce I have to plan so that I have enough calories to "spend" on it at dinner time. We might have steak 2-3 times a month. I have to admit I would miss my red meat if I cut it out all together.
Thanks.

That's about as good as it gets and fillets are even on my EFL plan as something to have once in awhile. I found this on another site:
Calories and Nutrition in Fillet Steak
Food Quantity: 4 oz, lean only, raw
Calories: 160
I buy ones that are 2 for $5.00 or $6.00 and I think they are about 6 and 8 oz.
If it's wrapped in bacon you could remove it from yours if you wanted to, but if not I wouldn't really worry about. Cook the steak with it on and then remove it.
I having fillets tonight too! I buy the whole tenderloin and cut it up into separate pieces. We are having another couple over for dinner tonight. Plus, I've been feeling the need for more red meat. I've been eating alot of chicken and salmon with the occasional steak on the weekends, but I'm ready to add steak back in a little more often.
Enjoy!
