I was just wondering how much fat is generally in flank steak? I know the fat content cary vary depending on the cut of steak it is.

Here is another website comparing various types of beef and lamb. The beef entries are below the lamb. I've been wondering about this myself, because Fitday doesn't get very specific when it comes to cuts of steak.
