hey guys I'm new at this. I've decided to go to school to be a dietician, I've only taken 2 nutrion classes so far. I have started to eat better, but I have a lot to learn. I'm looking to lose about ten lbs and to do this by changing my lifestlye. I've bought a treadmill. I do some pilates and a little weights. I'm very short. and my BMI is 24. That is not considered overweight, but 25 is. When I started I was doing more weight than cardio and I started to get bulkier. I was told this. I want to keep the muscle, but lose the fat over it. I am starting to see results. but I would like some some fat burning tips. I can't afford to join the gym.
