A new bike!!! ...Today is our 14th anniversary and I walked to work to get some fresh air and my work out knowing we would go out to eat later...Well by then no card , no wishes so I wondered...Anyhoo when I got off work hubby was there waiting for me with groceries in the car ...We went home to put the groceries away and I went to change and in our room was a brand new bike with 21 speed shimano gears and shocks and everything and on the handle bars was a dozen red roses!!!!!
We went for lunch instead of dinner cause we have to pick our kids from a school trip... oops they just called have to go....

Cool on the bike. I just started riding! Now we can meet halfway and ride together ; ) We will have fun comparing notes though.
Get a cyclocomputer right away to keep track. These guys have them for ten bucks and sometimes less on sale:

Cyclocomputers (sp?) add so much to my biking experience. I love trying to increase my average speed on each ride. And it shows me the distance, time, current speed, and all other sorts of fun info to help keep me motivated. I highly recommend one as well...

cyclocomputer....cool I`ll look into that cause I know as silly as it seems that a little plastic pedometer can add so much to motivation, it does when I walk outdoors...G

That is amazing. You should, and I'm sure you do, feel very fortunate to have a husband so supportive and loving. Not everyone does. Good for you!!!
