Does anyone out there eat soy nuts? Do you know the appropriate serving size of soy nuts? What is the calorie and fat values of soy nuts? I checked fitday.com but I could only find a one cup serving size that was worth something like 43 grams of fat!!!!!! Do you think that is right?

Does this also go for the fresh soy beans (edamame, I think it's called when steamed in the shell)? These are really good, but how much I will eat them from now on will depend on their calories.

I looked this up because I'm supposed to go out for sushi soon and I love edamame (sp?), and assuming that's the same as fresh green soybeans, it's 376 calories per cup. Looks like I'll be eating a lot less of them than I planned.

Yikes!
Mind you, a cup of soybeans is an awful lot... once you take the edamame out of the shell, you maybe have 1/4 cup which isn't too bad.
Good thing to know though.
Thank you!
