 sounds silly

can anyone tell me why this would be this way??

if i eat all the time which sounds like alot of food, i feel better than the small meals and small snacks??
it seems like if you eat all the time, you would gain alot of weight, but i actually do better!
i guess my choices are better?? i pick "good" snacks to snack on.

does this work for anybody else?

i have had no exercise this week (not feeling good enough to do so)
so i'm worried about weighing on sunday! but i will say that this "little" break did me some good! i'm more relaxed now! but i know i have to get back at it or i will gain the weight back! NO WAY!

it would be so much easier to just eat like i want to! but i guess you have to decide what you want! i for one want to be able to take my kids swimming this summer, and not feel like a cow!

I know what you mean. When you eat too little, you get really hungery and tend to grab whatever you find first ( usually junk) . But when you eat regularly throughout the day, you are able to choose healthier foods...I agree it sounds silly, but it makes total sense.:) Donna
