when I was tired all the time I found out my iron level was down because I had cut out red meat.. The doctor said instead of prescribing iron pills that I should eat some lean red meat and see if that would help and it did.. Have you cut out red meat in your diet?

i haven't conscienciously (sp) cut red meat from my diet i have reduced tthe carbs (not on a low carb diet just watching calorie in take)
but thinking about what i have eaten over the last week i have not eaten any red meat only chicken and fish.
tonight i will have a grilled piece of steak and a baked potato see if that does the trick.
going to have a banana now in so don't fall at sleep at my desk!!!
thank you
MC
