just made for dinner a small baked potatoe with I can't believe it's not butter and salsa and a swordfish steak with Mrs Dash and the fake butter stuff..
oh lord it was good.

Oh please don't ask.I had an okay day yesterday,but tonite I went out for dinner.Oh no! I had fried chicken,mashed potatoes,turnip greens,2 biscuits,and so on.Oh well,I did do really good all day however,so I'm not over TOO bad.I need 1800cal/day to lose a pound a week and 2300 to maintain( I had about 2600 today).So tomorrow no more No-No's . LOL Great job Ken it sounds like you did awsome!!!

Don't want to ask me either. Today was my cheat day & I had 2 pieces of pizza & 2 buffalo wings. Just didn't feel like cooking tonight. It's ok though because all I ate today was a piece of pizza for lunch (I know, I'm a pizza addict).

last night I had a McDonald's - cheeseburger, half a fajita (gross), half an order of fries and their raspberry/mango shake (also gross).
I still feel gross but I think that may have been the thing I needed to get back on track.
