 sometimes the best intentions...

Sometimes the best intentions fall thru....Today I came on line for motivation and had planned to do a work out when the doorbell rang and my friend showed up....So after hours of yakking I told her I would be doing my 12:30pm karate class...by the time she left at 11:15 I started feeling light headed and shakky so decided against the karate class and opt for having something with iron for lunch...This afternoon I made low-fat zucchini muffins (1=132cals) and then hit the grocery store...Made a good & healthy dinner but it kept nagging at the back of mind that I hadn`t burned those 350 daily calories ....So I told hubby to take the kids to the 5pm karate class and that I would meet him there...I walked 4.92 Km in 58 min going uphill, downhill etc and managed to burn 400 cals according to my pedometer...Calorie intake for the day falls low so I can have anything from 300-400 calories to stay around 1300 for the day!!!!!!!!!
WOO HOO for Moi...Hump day turned out to be a good one....G

That's great that you turned your day around by making a good choice.I did my 30 min aerobics tape yesterday, but didn't get my mile walk in,so I fell a little behind. As for my calories I did good up till dinner,we ordered pizza and I ate 3 pieces, ugh! Oh well, today is a new day. ":-)
