Well I finally wore my pedometer to work today and have some numbers to share....
So here is how my day went...
I had to start 1 hr later then usual so from 8 am -4pm
I did 9334 steps =4.40 mile
Considering that about 70 % of the day is spent at the sandwich station and not actually taking much steps there and also considering the fact that I was 1 hr shorter the usual...NO wonder I`m tired by the end of the day!!!
I wore the pedometer because I`ve been struggling to get exercises in during the week...I basically fall asleep on the sofa!
So for food for the day (I haven`t done a calorie count) I had
2 small coffees
1 serving orange juice
1 Wendy`s ceasar side salad without the croutons
and only 1 tbsp of the low fat honey mustard
and one small hamburger bun with 1 tsp of butter...
1small piece of chocolate about 65 cals
after work for dinner I had
1 small chicken breast (about 4 oz) and
1 cup oven fried rice...
so far I had about 5 cups of water and plan on drinking more during the evening...
I will probably have a snack later on which will be something like instant oatmeal or cold cereal with milk...G

Wow, I'm lucky if I move half a mile during the work day. Does that make you feel better about your activity level? You should add that into your caloric needs calculation!
