Well, I really need to get myself into a regular exercise program and i am looking for some encouragement. However, I have a few problems to consider. I have heels spurs that REALLY hurt after I exercise. It makes it hard to do anything the rest of the day - so morning exercise is probably not a great idea. Although I am more awake and feel my best in the morning. I know this problem will (hopefully) get better as I lose the weight...but it is not good dealing with it right now. ANY ideas or suggestions??? This is really holding me back! HELP!!

swimming!!..great for niggling injuries...even if you walk in the water, even try and run.

I agree - water takes the weight off your feet, and gives you a heck of a workout. Look into aquafitness classes, as well.

I taught deep water aerobics at our local YMCA (back when I was in college) and that really gave you a good workout & your feet rarely hit the bottom of the pool. I'm not sure if this is a common class offered but the class is held in > 6' of water.
You wear a belt with as many buoyancy cubes you need. I had a lot of women coming to my classes because it's a good workout & VERY low impact.
Hope this helps
