I made wedges to serve with the surprise dip for the party last night by following a low-fat recipe I found on the web(sorry the dip was high fat but...) Anyway you take soft wraps and spray each side lightly with pam spray and then add the seasoning of choice on them, slice them into wedges(I stacked them and used a pizza cutter) then baked them at 350 for about 5 minutes turning them over half way thru....By using 5 large wraps I made a basketfull and had 2 sandwich bags leftover and a lot was eaten...My "don`t bring me low fat food crowd" loved them and wanted the recipe!
I am also very proud of how I finish the year...Had a very good work out, did have some dip but drank water except for half a glass of chianti with dinner, dinner was a small lobster tail with little butter and a few shrimps cause I wasn`t hungry by then, and had very reasonable amount of the food served during the evening....It felt great to wake up this morning and not feel the yukiness of too much indulgence....G
