Just a note to, Toofatforyou, who wrote that he/she is too embarrased to post any pics...
indulge in feeling sad for a bit and then use that sadness to get motivated to take action to get healthy. There is alot of wonderful support and great advice available on this site, just write in and we'll support you.
The first thing you should do is to change your name to something that reflects your new more positive attitude.

ummm... i think you may be confusing me with another jenn?? i only first found this site a few days ago... and have been posting almost daily LOL...
things are tiring... i am having a hard time breathing in this heat... so i have been just taking it one day at a time and trying to cut down on portioning.... :) i HAD lost 20 pounds since may (when i really started this thing) but with this recent bout of illness regained about 15.... a LOT of it is water weight and swelling (i tend to do that alot...)

No,I was thinking of you.You hadn't posted since the 30th and I missed ya! I know what you mean about water weight,I get that too>I have high blood pressure and take meds for it and they seem to cause me to swell sometimes.Glad you're back!!! :-)

ok... i know what it was... hubby was off work (regular off work days) and i lost track of time... he really screws up my computer routine!!!!! LOL
i dont know why i get water weight... its like one week im suffering from dehydration and the next im all bloated... i always drink about a gallon of water every day... so i dont know what it is... i have an apt with my doc on fri to discuss my options.... i think i need to get some tests run... i know about some of my health and problems... and my last physical was about a year ago so its time for it anyways... i dont have high bp or anything and i have an intolerance to salt so i dont eat much of it (i NEVER add it to food! and when i do i use potasium salt) .... ill keep ya posted!
