today i can leg press 145kg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(320 pound) i feel wonderful and no my legs are not bulging! in fact the haven't increased since i started the gym 6 months ago.
women don't have the physic to bulk unless they take protein suppliments, usually the women in the competition dehydrate for a week before so their muscle tone can stand out.
in an average week i hear comments like, i don't want to lift heavy so i don't bulk at least 5- 10 times, and i think what idiots they are as they will never know their potential strength.
i think i have lost at least 6 pounds now, as i am changing my diet habits, i do not need to change exercise.
instead of coming home and eating, i eat a fruit bar for energy then find something to keep busy, instead of hanging around the kitchen and my craving for food goes away.
so yah.,,,. now i just need to see how much i can lose, i will give an update in about a month ( i don' t like weighing often i think it is silly )
to all the women out there go to the gym and get ripped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
believe i feel better then when i was 16!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

top stuff :)...even with the protein supplementation woman dont get that big..its all the lack of testosterone...woman are a different species to men and when it comes to fat loss/muscle gain we are all a different species from one another
