Hi how is everyone today? I'm good just very hungry. I had an english muffin w/ jelly for breakfast, I had a serving of mini oreos for a snack and it is only 11:30 here and I have already eaten my lunch, a tuna melt and baked doritos. I still have at least 10 1/2 hours before I can go to bed tonight and I want to keep eating. At this rate I could eat enough today for 2 -3 days worth of food. I haven't kept track but I think I am close to my monthly, and I am always hungry right before but usually not this hungry. So for going on and on but this is giving me something to do so that I am not eating. Any advice on what I can do to help with the cravings? I feel like I am going nuts here. The kids are sleeping so I can't even chase them around.
Thanks for Listening.

Kim,
I'm on a "diet" if you want to call it that where I eat 6 meals a day. I'm never hungry and I'm keeping my calorie intake to 1200. The principle is you eat a portion of protein and a portion of carbs with each meal. A portion is the size of your closed fist or the palm of you hand. With two of my six meals I add one vegetable. It sounds like you may be eating too much sugar and it's not staying with you. I don't want to drag out this response, but if you want to get an example of what I am eating daily, just send me an email. I'm following the Body for Life book by Bill Phillips and have had awesome results. Hang in there. You'll get it right. There is no reason for you to go hungry!

Oh do I know how you are feeling! I am expecting my period any day now and I could eat my whole house! You know it's bad when you want to fight your toddler for the last cookie! Ha Ha! Try to stay focused and pick healthy things and remember this time will pass. I'm going to check out Michelle's examples of what she eats just out of curiosity.

For me, it's during/after my period. My mom always experienced a lack of hunger, but I am just the friggin opposite!! I want to eat anything and everything. I want to swim in a sea of cookies!!
Sigh :)

Hi
I feel the same as you. I have a big apetite and I can eat and eat nonstop. I find it very hard to stop myself and I usually can't stop it. Its driving me crazy because I can't control myself. I don't know how to reduce my cravings:(
