my goodness to day I am suffering i could eat a horse (obviously not going to)
well i suppose at least there isn't any food available in the office
so far today i have eaten
for breakfast a bowl of orginal oats so simple (if you don't have this where you are it is a porrage(sp) that you can cook in the the mircowave) 175 cals
snacks mid morning an apple
lunch soup butternut squash and red pepper yumm about 200cals
and a tangerine
i have also drank coffee (instant with a splash of semi-skimmed milk)
and 3 cups of lemon and ginger tea
I have to wait until 8.30pm tonight before i get home ahh not sure i'll make it as it is only 2.30pm now such a long wait .
sorry just whining

tell me about it was in such a ruch this morning i just grabed a tin of soup for lunch not exactly the most well thought out menu
i do normally think alittle more about the food i am going to be eating especially on days like to day when i don't get home until later
oh i am cross with my self

Also keep in mind that when a person firsts starts cutting back on the volume of food they were used to eating that it takes a few weeks for your system to adjust and your stomach to shrink, I can now feel full on about 1/2 of the volume of food it used to take sometimes.
