I am so hungry today!
I had a small apple with peanut butter for :Brkfst
a few slices of pork and greenbeans for :lunch
2 small slices of pickels for a: snack.
&
1 saltine
lots of water!
I have NO idea how many calories that is , I have no idea how many calories most stuff is!
what do I do now, I work in a day care, the kitchen is FULL of junk! and all the makings for Thanksgiving for the kids tomorrow!
I think I need to take a walk! and clear my head!
HELP! I want some cheese curls!

I have those days too, where I want to eat all day long. I've been the opposite the last few days, though. Not much of an appetite. I force myself to eat to get my calories, but I know I still don't come close. This is normal for me, I go through this sometimes. Next week I'll probably be eating the refrigerator, lol

the BAD thing is we are having a "good bye" party for a staff memeber so we have cake and Icecream.... I do not care for that, but today, I can feel the PULL!
OK, yup here I go for a walk avross the st to the store see if I can find something NON-fatty

I don't think that sounded all bad. I think you've donbe pretty good considering you feel so hungry. I think I've ate more than that today!!
I ate...
3/4 cereal and 1/2 milk for breakfast
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese and some grapes (maybe 10) for snack
A salad with fat free ranch and a small bowl of kidney beans for lunch
and have already ate some baby carrots (about 5) since lunch.
So I think you are doing good!!
