I got up then listened to my body and went right back to bed until the doorbell woke me up at 9:30am...:D Obviously the nights of fighting with my pillow cought up with me...I will do my cardio this afternoon instead...I will have to make sure I don`t find an excuse to get out of it...
It`s funny cause I was going to get up at usual time this am, and then go to the locale Home Depot for 9am and take part in the "Tiling" Seminar...Oh well now I`ll have to research it at the library...
Well today being Saturday, it means a hockey game for my son and running around for a bit so I better go plan my food menu for the day...G

I hear ya Simply. My alarm went off at 5:00am this morning and I definitely wanted to go back to sleep. I skipped cardio but had a decent leg workout in the gym at 6:00am. I was up 'til midnight last night dancing to uptempo Hindi dance music from the 60s with a bunch of cool Indian dudes I work with. Being in great cardio shape rules, I was able to dance nonstop for an hour or so without a break. It felt good, the dance floor was just jammed with people having a good time. I've been running on only 5-6 hours of sleep a night all week. It's gonna catch up with me I think, I gotta squeeze in a nap today.

I'm with you G. I just got up (it's 11:00) after fighting with my pillow. If you haven't already tried, homedepot.com has a lot of how to's on there and it might go over the tiling, sorry you missed it.

ST,
Time to go out and buy a good pillow! Don't put if off!! Your sleep is too important to your body and your daily functions to be ignored!
There are lots of websites available that discuss tiling (HGTV, Lowes, DIYTV, to name a few); of course going to the library and having a book as a reference will be very helpful as well. My tip to you is: Buy comfortable knee pads!!
