i have never lost a lot of weight before, the most i lost was ten pounds and later when i stopped working out i gained it all back. But i do know that i am doing my approach correctly this time, it should get me thinner; the frustration is that i seem no different from a week earlier. the only thing is that i feel hngry sometimes, but i dont look any different. the hunger thing is not bad, it's not like i am extremely hungry all the time, i just dont feel as full like i used to, but there are times when i feel hungry and i get up to eat a little snack.
the thing is i don't have a problem with my body anywhere except for my lower abs and my thighs and butt. i have decided that over the summer i would trim those areas down, focusing mainly on activities that used the whole body or mainly the legs area, running, elliptical, bicycle, stairclimber, etc, maybe i just have to be more patient. i have no idea where i lose weight first because like i said i am sort of a first timer, so maybe it is one of the last places i lose weight. all i can say is that when you are working really hard and you see no difference in your trouble spots, you get a bit angry and upset. but i promised myself those thin legs and tight a$$ so i will get them; i am dedicated, even if it means i have to wait another two months doing precisely what i am still doing.

A week is a short time in the overall journey to a thinner, better body.
I think the hunger is a good sign. I needed to learn to listen to my body instead of my 'feelings'. Mostly when I was scarfing sweets, I wasn't hungry, just munchy. I ate frozen fruit and drank ice water instead. Learning what sensation that is actual hunger, will help you feed your body when it needs food not just a taste or texture.

Jennifer, hang in there. Just think about how long it took you to add those extra pounds. It didn't happen overnight and they are not going to go away overnight. Make sure you have a good balance in your exercise routine. You need cardio to burn fat and you also need weight training to build muscle. I've added another one a few weeks ago and that is flexibility for healthy joints and tendons.
Don't get down. Give it some time. Bump up the workouts a little each week, otherwise your body will not build up endurance or strength. Just wait until you start your workout and you feel that second wind kick in. It is a rush of energy that takes you further than you've ever been before. Set some performance goals. Don't worry about the pounds or inches right now. Focus on health. Keep us up to date and keep it up!

Honey, if you want thin thighs and a tight a$$, and keep them, you need to be doing what you're doing a lot longer than 2 months. You may get to where you want to be in two months, but if you quit then, where will you be in two years?
