Well I am happy to report I have lost 7 kilos so far. I had to modify the no carb diet as I was feeling so tired by day 5. So now I have carbs for breakfast and occasionally lunch, but definitely no carbs for tea.
I hit a little plateau for a week, but now the weight seems to be shifting again.
Have to say I can notice the changes in my figure.
Just wish I didn't have so much to lose. I have found making small goals, a lot more helpful.
I have reached my first goal and I'm well on the way to my second.
Thanks to everyone for their support.
I always find something here to prop me up when I most need it.!!!
