You'd best not look at the scale.
I didn't know I'd get to pick your work out routine if you blew that looking at the scale promise, but now that I know that my mind is racing! How long can this work out be? Does that include travel time? Can Sassygirl help with the workout?
Perhaps it's just best that you not look at the scale.

You must have missed the post containing the info last week ;D...Anyhoo I won`t look , but if by chance I do then I will fess up to it and you can enlist of anyone you would like to come up with a work out...No travel involed , sorry.....If this helps I live in The Niagara Region and walking down to the water is usally quite a work out....Over 300 steps down and up and steps made in the hill not your average height!! G

start losing weight again July 19th 2004
168 lbs/ 157 lbs / 145 lbs
inches lost from may 5th to-oct 2nd 2004=15.5in
