Some of the request are unbelievable. You seem to have it together and certainly understand that to get rid those unwanted pounds one has to move-move-move.
When I first started losing weight I dieted, walked too much, hurt my feet. I have backed off and eat 1500-1600 calories per day except for one meal on weekends when I treat myself to anything I want, and walk three mile twice a day. I walk now because I feel good and not because I have to. I even miss it when I do not walk.
I frustrated myself by weighing and not seeing ay results so today I don't weigh except on occasion for a curious look. I don't even know what I weigh today but what I do know, I feel great, my buns and legs are shaping up nicely, and the weight loss is moving up because I have lost two belt notches.
Since you advise, tell all to do what they know is right: eat less, move more, quit worring about the scale and it will all come off as it should.
