Well I was on a high for quite a while and feel very proud of it but in the last few days I feel myself coming down...It`s o.k since I now realize that it`s normal to have up and downs and that just because my mood is not 100% cheerful doesn`t mean I have to hit the cookie jar, the ice cream parlor etc...I think that I`m at that point where once I got a taste of the bubble bath I want to say "hey take a break and relax for a bit" so I will stay off the computer, continue my karate class for the 2 classes a week requirement, but other then still eating healthy I`m taking a break from exercises for the week so that I can log in some rest time and quiet time...I will be back .....Leanbutt

A break from a regular rigorous exercise routine is good now and then. Especially if such a break will make you stick it out in the long run, and make you cope, without "severe damage," with the mood you are in right now. I can see that you are really still on the positive-side of things, since you've aptly given yourself a definite schedule of a week for rest, and not making it an indefinite break of some sort. Knowing from the kind of person you are in the past few months that I've known you through this message board, I know you'll be right back at the crest of the wave as planned.
Have a good and peaceful rest week :)
