does anyone know of a book that contains caloric information on restaurant chains. I know that some places have this info on their website. I was wondering because I love chinese but I shudder to think how many calories are in my take out or my dinner when I eat out at a chinese restaurant. i would like to know a source for keeping track of this.

Try calorieking.com--they have a free food finder which includes a lot of chains.
