How much weight do you have to lose hon? Give us some ideas of your weight and height, your age & sex (I'm assuming you're female but I've been wrong before!) and what kind of activity level you're at. Like do you get little or no exercise? Or do you try and work out some? Not that it matters right now, but we could find out a roundabout number on how many calories you need to stick to to lose the weight.
Yes, calories. It's a good idea to count them. I know that sounds tedious and overwhelming, but after a while it becomes second nature. I couldn't even fathom the thought of not jotting down everything I eat in my fitday journal.

That is great that you are determined to keep trying !
Remember, you might lose an occasional battle, but as long as you never give up completely you can still win the weight loss war !
Stay encouraged and just take it a week at a time, tell yourself - let me see how much I can lose this week, and then do it another week, and another.
You are only a failure if you give up completely, so forget about past setbacks and start fresh !

Welcome back.
Just remember...if you leave the board you gain it all back....
I'm just kidding about that, it's sort of a joke with me, but you know? It seems to be true so far....
