Hey everyone
This morning was the first time I have noticed a change. I actually got up BEFORE the alarm clock! and I didn't feel tired...although..I am feeling tired now but that is because it's lunch time.
I was wondering if anyone knows of a few good sites to get breakfast ideas and recipes for lunch & dinner. I went on the fitday.com site and entered my info...and BOY DO I HAVE TO CUT DOWN...
It really doesn't look like I am eating a lot and I am hungry in between so..what are u people doing in order to keep those hunger pains quiet...
Is the secret WATER?
I tried changing my usual SPEC K w/1% milk breakfast and had an egg sandwich with coffee just to see if the hunger pains go away. The result is that they did. Instead of coming on at around 10:00 I started feeling them come on at 11:30 but is it REALLY BETTER?
HELP

Water is a good way to take the edge off of hunger for a while, yes. Sometimes when I'm foraging for a snack but I don't really want to eat anything, I'll also chug a glass of skim milk. That too helps kill my hunger a little bit and holds me over until my next meal.
I find it amusing, though, that many 'diet' sites will say, "Maybe you're confusing hunger with thirst."
Sorry! But I don't confuse hunger with ANYTHING. I know when I'm hungry and I know when I'm thirsty. I've always thought that 'advice' was so silly.
