Hello~
I am really having trouble getting these ten pounds off. Exercise is not my problem at all. I go to my trainer three days a week and try and get in 3 other days of cardio. My problem is food- i LOVE it!!! Once I start eating one fattening thing it is like a chain reaction. I haven't stopped eating for three days now. I want to lose weight so bad, but it is so difficult for someone that likes food as much as me. This is making me really sad that I can't lose ten pounds. When I look at other people on here who have lost so much more than me it makes me feel like such a wimp. I know that I will be back up to 122 for my weigh in in a few days. I feel like I am always whining to you guys, so I'm sorry for that. But u guys always give great support so I can't help it. Thanx for reading my long boring blab.

I am struggling with my last 10 lbs too. The first 10 were a breeze, but now I seem to have plateaued and can't lose anything. It's mostly my fault since I am making very poor food choices. So, it looks like you and I are in the same boat. We both love food and are eating to darn much of the wrong foods. So, if you're willing to make a commitment to eating better, I will too. Maybe we could each be more committed to one cheat day a week and stick stead fast to it. No more eating all week long and feeling guilty about it. What do you think? I made that commitment this morning and would love it if you'd be willing to do the same thing. We could be each others extra support (above and beyond this page which is awsome )

Hey Frustrated, remember the last 10 pounds you have to lose are always the absolute hardest. It's not so much that you're a wimp it's just that what you are trying to do is really hard. My advice to you is get yourself a scale that has a graduation of .2 pounds. That way you can see tiny little losses or gains on a daily basis. Stack up your .2 pound losses for 8 days in a row and you're down a pound! At your weight a pound down is a major accomplishment since your BMR is already pretty low. If you still don't lose weight you can at least be happy that you're not fat ;)

I love beer too and refuse to give it up. Bud Light is my brand. I did the low carb beer for awhile, but found I just drank more. I recently found out Miller light is only 96 cals versus BL at 110. The MU, or low carb is 95. So, I've switched to the Miller Light. I eat less so I can have a couple of beers when I want. I think it's the yeast I crave - that's also why I'm addicted to donuts...this Friday will be my 20th donut day Friday at work WITHOUT a donut. I could afford the cheat, if I could stop at one, but I know one would lead to 5!
