Well guys, I have one thing to say, re-do! I have had no problem maintaining my weight at 229lbs which gives me a 12 lbs loss, I just planned for more like a 62lb loss by july 31. But it was a no go. So I am starting over once again, this time adding in the diet aspect with exercise. I know what could I expect not watching my food intake - it is not that I am a overeater I don't eat enough. So I am up to 6 miles 2x a week, 3 miles 4x a week, aerobics 2 nights aweek and Pilates 4 nights a week. Now I am dedicating myself to my diet. Wish me luck. 175 by March!!!

Wow, if you already don't eat enough and you do that much exercise it sounds to me like something might be wrong. Have you had your thyroid checked? I just don't see how that can be possible without something being wrong with your metabolism. I have had a hard time losing too, but I don't do as much exercise as you do and I eat my total calorie allowance daily. It is hard to imagine how you aren't losing weight!!!! I wish you the best with your new dedication. Smiles :)
