Well, I think Im on track. I have been working extremly hard and hope i can lose some pounds. I really dont want to disapoint the girl i see in ocean city. I have one other qusetion. Do situps help burn fat. I really want to loos my upper body fat but ive been told thats muscle, but i know its not. If anyone has anyting info on that I would greatly apreciate it. sit ups is movement and will help lose fat but not a great deal...you need more cardio exercise to burn fat...no amount of sit-ups will give you a 6-pack unless you do cardio and diet to strip the fat on top.
