can anyone please tell me how to get rid of a large stomach and extra fats on ur hips?? I am an unmarried 21 yrs old girl, my rest of the body is sort of okay but these two areas are really making me crazy. Can anyone tell me of some recommended and effective exercise..i will be grateful.

Well, even though I'm not GymMachine, I'll throw my 2 cents worth in anyway. Everything I have read here, in fitness magazines and been told from my trainer...you can not spot reduce, it's a matter of losing all over and toning up. Maybe someone else can add to this but that's what I know of it.

Hi there,
I'm afraid to lose the extra weight around your torso, you'll need to do some routine cardiovascular work. Ideally 30 mins for five days per week, where you are working hard and are sweating and feeling huffy/puffy. The best form of cardiovascular work for quick fat loss is running, but if you feel this is too much for you, try interspersing walking and running. Visable results will happen in four weeks if you can stick to it. Alternative types of exercise are rowing, cycling, step-machine, cross country skiiing, vigorous swimming.
If you can also reduce your calorie intake by 500 cals per day, you can lose an additional 1 lb of body fat per week.
