Ok, so I have been doing a cardio tape every morning which includes arm movement (its a step/ low aerobic tape) and I use 2lb weights for some of the arm movements. Then in the pm I do alternate abs, legs, arms w/ 8-10lb weights, and more cardio on the other days...
Now I know that when you work out w/ weights you should let your muscle rest the next day, but does cardio that involves arm movement count? Should I forgo the 2lb weights and just move my arms or am I ok?

no your on light weights i would count it as cardio since your moving around lots and lifting extremely light...dont worry about the rest days with weights here because its not really weights per se.
