1) Different grip means different muscle but only to a minor extent. Im not sure about the preacher curl bar but i would think it is a minor shift on force to the helping muscles. I would use the closer grip for bicep growth or even alter the 2 grips at different times.

2)Best ab workouts vary. Standard crunches, to reverse crunches and oblique (side) crunches work for most. More intense crunches are the hanging knee lifts and the sorts in where your body is against gravity.

3) 30 pounds for 20 reps is more for muscle endurance. Basically what you got, is what you will keep. For growth i would lift the 60 pounds for 10 reps. Even then, depending on who you talk to, that is still too much. I take a bit of advice from everyone, so i do some exercises with 4-6 reps and around 4 sets and other exercises at 10 reps for 3 sets. Its a highly debated topic but 95% of people would agree that 20 reps is way too much. The max recommended is 8-12 for growth. (excluding abs ofcourse)

4)YES!!..my right side is a hell of alot stronger than my left. If this is the case, you may want to do extra work on the weaker side for it to catch up. eg- concentration cursl on the left side to build the bicep to match the right as much as possible.

5)Xenedrine is an ECA stack. That being it has ephidrine ('natural' speed), caffeine (high doses) and aspirin. Same goes with hydroxycut. Some people can deal with having twitches and shakes on such supplements and some dont get any side effects. I have heard of people being put to sleep after a dose of such stimulants which defys logic. If you can take it, and can take it comfortably without side effects than by all means. If you have symptoms do not persist on taking it. Xenedrine acts as a stimulant basically. Its up to your body if it can handle it or not but i wouldnt take the reccomended dosage or atleast work up to it. I myself take hydroxycut, but living in australia, ephidrine is banned in high amoounts. So instead of ephidrine, MuscleTech have replaced it with synephrine. Its like an ephidrine-lite. It gives the same effects, however incidences of side effects are extremely low. For the record Xenedrine is banned in australia due to its ephidrine dosage.

6) If you arer a beginner muscle mass will come on quickly if you do things right. Theres alot to learn. GLycemic index is important. Having a split routine is very imortant. Protein, diet and such are all important also. Look at http://www.ast-ss.com for some good info. (i think thats the right adress.) that will tell you everything. In short however, stacking on muscle takes alot of time, dedication and consistancy. Just as important and highly under-rated is the knowledge of how to do it effieciently. Learn first then apply, you will save alot of time.

good luck !

GymMachine is quite right on almost everything he said in his post. Here are a few things that you might want to consider...
1. The x-enadrine is not safe for teens. I do a stack and am not afraid to let you know of the dangers of these products. When you are talking about ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin, it should only be used when you have gone through your last growing spurt (around 19 years old). I know there are a lot of teens that most likely use them, but they are really harmful. I am a registered nurse and know from experience. Your heart is not entirely developed, your lungs are almost there, you are still growing. Your muscles are still impressionable so, if I were your mother, I would have you stop using the pills and learn proper technique and learn how to lift without using the pills.
2. Sets and reps... what works for me is to do 3 sets. I gradually increase my weight until I can only do 3-5 reps on my last set. My first set is usually between 10-15 reps. Second set is usually between 8-12 reps.. depending on which muscle group I am working.
3. The inner and outer grips... as GymMachine stated are for different muscle groups. I suggest you do the inner grips for 2-4 weeks, then switch. You should always keep your muscles guessing so they don't get use to one routine.
4. The Ab Boot Camp is an excellent to get that 6-pack showing... you can find it at: www.angelfire.com/wa3/loserschallenge go to the links page. You will find it there. My site is also very informative... so get out your reading glasses! hehe

Anyway,
Happy Weight Training!
