pyramiding down 3 hours after your normal session is a no-no...why do it?...trust me the heavier you lift the more muscle you will break down...4-6 reps is an optimal range for heavy lifting...keep going to failure and eat your protein, this sort of stuff takes a long time to happen, so be patient...if your going to pyramid at all during your weight session then pyramid up, not down...down is all about muscle fatigue not failure, and i would advise against it...they throw routines in magazines about pyramiding down, but remember those guys are pro bodybuilders who do that for a living and can handle extrra loads....trust me stick to around 6 exercises per muscle group, hitting 4-6 reps and eat your gram of protein per pound of body weight and u will get there.
