I saw an earlier posting of the puffy face syptom? I have been experiencing it too whe I dont eat very much but I still do lose weight. When I eat normal I remain same weight but my face looks much less puffy and more toned. Does anyone know what this is about?

drink more water or eat less salts -- could be water retention

I agree with kollegekid. That also happens when someone is belemic(sp). I'm NOT saying that you are in any way it just how I understood it was thats a reaction to the amount of food you have, or water. I could be wrong (prolly am) but thats how i understood it

You should have your blood pressure checked. Having fluid retention can be a sign of high blood pressure. Particularly if you are prone to get a "red in the face" look when stressed out. You don't need to go to the doctor per se.. just next time you are in the grocery try that free machine.. it is a good indicator.
