What had made me stronger when I first started was all the positive quotes I would find and read then you start taking your little victories for granted and stop doing what works for you,,,,Well one favorite quote.."If it ain`t broken..." definitly should apply with my weightloss journey...If reading and sharing quotes makes me stronger mentally the I`m back to reading and sharing in hope some of you can get inspired from it as well...G.C.
"Don`t let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do." --John Wooden--
(So I take it to mean that even if I can`t run a marathon it shouldn`t prevent me from moving my feet forward one step at a time and then increase from there)
"Challenges can be stepping stones or stumbling blocks. It`s just a matter of how you view them." --Unknown--
"I am only one; but still I am one; I cannot do everything , but still I can do something; I will not refuse to do something I can do." --Helen Keller--
Well here is a start I will post more later............:) Positive thinking should always be a part of your journey..Have a great day...G

Have you heard about the new restaurant that just opened on the moon?
Great food, but no atmosphere!
(Hey, they can't all be winners!)

I love these. I think it was you that posted one earlier. I printed that one too, now I'm starting a little collection. If I come accross any I'll share them, and PLEASE, keep posting these, they are great.

What counts is not necessarily the size of the dog in the fight - it's the size of the fight in the dog.
- Dwight D. Eisenhower
