What is your fav low fat and low cal food?
MY ANSWER:
I would have to say 100% fruit leather. I buy it by the box at COSTCO. Its called strech island 100% fruit leather. I love fruit leather but I really am not into eating fruit unless someone else has cut it up ect.!! ;) so that's how I get my fruit in my diet and they taste like candy as well!!

I toast a whole wheat english muffin and add a half slice of fat free cheese to each half of muffin for a few seconds before I take it out of the toaster. Sometimes I add a slice of tomato to each half as well. I also eat this for breafast quite often. I love it.
a few whole wheat crackers with slices of tomato or dill pickles on'em and sometimes with a little fat free ranch dressing on'em too.
lowfat popcorn and then spray a little I Can't Believe It's Not Butter on it and also sprinkle a little Molly McButter or low fat/fat free parmesian cheese
any of the low calorie frozen treats
pretzels
Cystal Light Lemon pie...really really really really good!!!!! Did I mention that it's really good? I'll post the recipe later. There's a recipe that everyone at TOPS is raving about that I'll post too.
