I need some encouragement! It seems silly to ask for help in doing something that is good for you, but losing weight is so hard!! I'm new in this website, but I've been struggling with my weight for over 2 years. I can't seem to get rid of the extra pounds I gained during my 2 pregnancies (Augh!!). I have about 25 lbs to lose, but I'm having a really tough time. I can't seem to stay motivated and keep on the right track. I truly want and need to lose. but for some stupid reason I haven't been successful. Please give me some postive feedback!

You CAN SO do this.
Do you have a REALISTIC goal? (1-2 lbs per week) (Is a 25 pound loss right for you height & build?)
What have you been doing to try to lose weight the past 2 years?
What are the reasons, (you believe) why your attempts have been unsuccessful up to this point?
Are you willing to do what it takes to remove weight? (Healthy eating, EXERCISE & committment)

I agree with Fab. If you want to you can do this.
My wife always jokes that she is still trying to lose weight from our first daughter, who will be 22 in September.
I intend to live forever.....So far so good!
272/ /188 1.5 lbs. this week. I dare not say till the cast comes off

Boy, that baby weight can be deadly, huh? Just don't do what I did! DON'T let it get you down and start a vicious cycle of depression and helplessness. DO what you HAVE to to get on top of it. I'm still working toward this, but I have time that is specifically for ME. That sounds so selfish, but you can't be a good mother if you are feeling like crud , and exercise definitely takes away that cruddy feeling. We can work on this baby fat together. Start with small changes and gradually ease into the whole healthy living thing. Too much as once will burn you out. Email me if you want, I'm working on my pregnancy gain, too. Maybe we can be motivation for each other.
