i weight 217 and 5'5 I want to loose weight fast just in time for summer. I also need a buddy Im in houston maybe some one to go exercise with. Im really fed up I've pretty much done evertything and it sad cause im only 24 especially being a female my husband doe'snt know how I feel about my weight. I really need to change the way I eat and I want to be healthy!!!!!!!! I use to be thin and now I guess im in love my mom told me that people gain weight when they're in love. that's true!
also I want to be able to see myself in a bikini....................Thanks for reading...

Ah to be able to find a buddy to exercise with....Well you have
one. Look in the mirror , look real good at the person staring back....That my friend is your buddy!!! You need to do this for yourself and by relying on yourself you will become strong...
You can invite a friend or your husband along for the walk but to be able to achieve what you`re looking for you really need to look in you....The good news is you can share with someone else, you can e-mail, post messages ask for guidance...We will help you but we can`t do it for you ....Now posting a message on a weight loss site shows that you are a Strong person, you deserve to be good to yourself, losing weight and getting fit requires changing a lifestyle for a better one, how bad do we want it makes all the differance...Start small, and add gradually and you will notice
a differance. Don`t be hard on yourself ,allow for flexibility
and remember that since this is something you want for yourself, if you are patient and don`t expect too much(set small goals like 1-2 lbs loss /week) change your eatings habits by getting informed on what to eat(the web is a great place to search) by increasing your physical activities, one step at a time you will see results...The results you can expect to see shortly will be more energy, more self esteem, more focused..If you want you can e-mail me and we can help each other stay motivated and focused...fattybutt33@hotmail.com If I sound mean, it`s only because I care and understand the struggle to lose....:D

new studies suggest no, especially if your weight training..when you sleep people are in a catabolic state..in that the body has gone without food for a long time..logic tells you, when you exercise in the morning before breakfast your breaking down even further, but alot of that 'breakdown' isnt a great proportion of fat..the body turns to protein before fat on a hierarchy and where does protein come from?..your muscles....anyway this is fairly recent finding, you may take it as you wish...alot of people still practice this method and do lose size..its just what proportion of it is fat, muscle and water which are the major conflicts in it..good luck to ya

I myself find that I must have some fuel in my body before I exercise...On the days when I skipped breakfast and got on my treadmill , I found that it felt like a tremendous chore and I would end up cutting the work out time short and kind of feel short change and off kilter for the day...
On the days when I have o.j. and a small bowl of multigrain cereal 1/2hour before I work out, I feel energized ,have a better work out, and feel empowered and great about myself...
So check it out and see the difference for yourself...

I myself have always worked out on an empty tummy before breakfast. I think that losing 200 pounds shows that it works!
